Quality & inspection

Quality starts by agreeing what must be checked.

Inspection requirements differ between a window package, a machined component and a fabricated assembly. We align critical dimensions, finishes, functional checks and acceptance expectations before production.

Quality starts by agreeing what must be checked.

Our provisional quality workflow

1. Requirement clarificationIdentify critical dimensions, interfaces, appearance requirements, tolerances and functional expectations.
2. Material and sample approvalAlign material grades, profiles, glass, finishes, hardware or prototype samples where applicable.
3. In-process checksReview key dimensions and workmanship during fabrication or machining rather than only after completion.
4. Final verificationPerform agreed dimensional, visual, fitment or operational checks before dispatch or handover.

Documentation

Inspection reports, material certificates, photographs and traceability can be coordinated when included in the approved scope. Exact standard documentation is pending confirmation.

Important limitation

The current website copy does not claim certification to a specific quality-management standard or laboratory-grade metrology capability. Such claims should be published only after evidence is verified.
